Terri Nishimoto is a pelvic health physical therapist with 30 years of experience specializing in complex pelvic pain and pelvic health challenges through a biopsychosocial, mind-body framework. She is the owner of Zenshin Physical Therapy in Boulder County, Colorado. Her approach integrates manual therapy, dry needling, pain reprocessing therapy (PRT) and the Feldenkrais Method to cultivate safety and embodiment in the healing process.
She has the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC), and is passionate about education. She is an associate faculty member at the University of Colorado Physical Therapy Program, and has presented at several conferences (including the ACOG Colorado Annual section meeting and the ATNS (Association for the Treatment for Neuroplastic Symptoms) conference.
